Shipping & Return

HELIOS™ ship goods to all member countries of the European Union including Norway. (hereinafter referred to as the EU).

All orders with a delivery address in Spain will be charged with a shipping cost of 10€.

All orders with a delivery address inside the EU, will be charged with a shipping cost based on their zone. 

Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden): 20€
Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): 30€

Delivery Estimates

Spain: 2-4 days
Zone 1 & 2: 5-8 days

Picking up the order for free at our warehouse is also an option.
Allow up to 48 hours for orders to be processed.
Orders will be delivered through Correos.

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it is shipped.

The customer can return a product up to 14 days within purchase, in case the product is received back to us in pristine condition and the wick haven't been burned. The customer is responsible for the cost of return. Helios™ will access the reason of return. If the reasoning is due to a defect in the product, Helios™ will cover the cost of re-shipping a new product.
